Hopkins Names Duke Vair to Vice President And Chief Human Resources Officer

Most recently, Vair was the vice president of human resources and chief human resources officer for Brakebush Brothers, a food processing, trucking/transportation, logistics, sales and marketing company.

Hopkins Manufacturing Corp. has announced the addition of Duke Vair as vice president human resources and chief human resources officer. Vair will lead and direct all Human Resource-related activities for Hopkins, at the company’s 10 locations around the world.

Most recently, Vair was the vice president of human resources and chief human resources officer for Brakebush Brothers, a food processing, trucking/transportation, logistics, sales and marketing company. Prior to that, he served as vice president, human resources for AG Processing, a global soybean oil and bio-fuels manufacturing and processing company. Vair also has had human resources experience in a variety of industries, including architectural services, staffing services and telecommunications.

Vair’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in business from the University of Nebraska and an Associate of Applied Science degree – Computer Science / Management Information Systems from Metropolitan Community College, in Omaha, Nebraska. He is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
