DENSO Products and Services Americas Inc. has promoted Wayne Eiffes to senior manager of quality assurance. In his new position, Eiffes is managing DENSO’s Quality Engineering and Technical Services departments, responsible for customer and supplier quality, technical support, service and training, warranty operations and the diesel component sales and service network across the Americas.

A seasoned industry veteran, Eiffes has more than 25 years of experience in the original equipment and aftermarket automobile industries in the areas of engineering, technology and innovation. He joined DENSO Products and Services Americas in 2007 as manager of product management, overseeing the electronics and sensors and fuel and electrical departments.
In addition to technical expertise, Eiffes has extensive experience as an administrator, managing staff, training, financial resources, business development projects and strategic planning initiatives. He is known for his team-building, motivational and mentoring skills and his ability to create a collaborative environment where fresh ideas and excellence thrive.
Prior to joining DENSO, Eiffes held management positions at Aria Group and Mitsubishi Motors North America Inc. He also owned and operated his own automotive aftermarket retail and wholesale company, Triple E Inc., under the name Champion Auto Parts. Eiffes got his start in the industry as a project manager and editor with the Chilton Book Co., known for its professional automotive service and repair manuals.
Along with maintaining his status as an ASE Certified Master Automotive Service Technician and other quality certifications through the American Society for Quality, Eiffes holds a Bachelor of Science degree in automotive technology with an emphasis in field service operations from Weber State University.
