‘Connecting To The Future’ Revealed As Theme For Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week 2019

The 14th annual HDAW will be held Jan. 28-31, 2019, at The Mirage in Las Vegas.

Conference organizers for Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week ’19 (HDAW 2019) have announced “Connecting to the Future” as the theme for the annual conference to be held Jan. 28-31, 2019, at the Mirage in Las Vegas. This theme will be used to drive the highly anticipated education session topics and speakers.

“We looked at our industry’s primary challenges, from both the supplier and distributor angles, and will focus the education program on bridging concerns to solutions,” said Brett Penzkofer, vice president, North America Aftermarket for Meritor, and HDAW 2019 co-chair.

“In 2019, HDAW is going to focus on customers, employees, products and technologies and the issues that keep us up at night,” said Ian Johnston, vice president of operations and marketing for Harman HVS and HDAW 2019 co-chair. “We want to identify and confront business pain points with resolutions that we can actually use.”

HDAW 2019 will offer industry participants four days of a targeted distributor education program, including a product expo with the latest in heavy-duty parts services and information, peer networking, social activities and one-on-one meetings, during which suppliers and distributors spend time discussing opportunities for growth in their relationships to serve end-user customers better.

More than 2,500 executives and managers from the U.S., Canada and six other countries – including distributors, suppliers, service providers, educators and industry media – attended the 2018 conference in Las Vegas.
