It was an exciting event in the office and for the company as a whole, as this sale marks a monumental point in the company’s lifetime. The sales rep who processed the order, Juan Aguayo, said there was quite a buzz around the office because the whole staff knew the 1 millionth order was coming in soon. He had no idea that he would be the sales rep who got to process the order and was excited to play a role in this big moment for his company.

Kevin Bales, the customer who placed the 1 millionth order, received quite a surprise in celebration of the order. When he purchased an AC compressor kit from the online parts retailer, he thought nothing of it. But shortly after his purchase was finalized, he received an email telling him that his part would be free. He said he was skeptical at first, but his account was refunded for the price of the part, and then he knew it was for real. Bales commented, “It’s great to find a company, in this day and age, that still cares enough about their customers to do something like this.”
