BOLT ON TECHNOLOGY Partners With BAYiQ

BAYiQ is an intelligent business growth machine specifically designed for the independent tire and auto service dealer.

BOLT ON TECHNOLOGY has announced its new integration with BAYiQ’s loyalty and marketing platform. BAYiQ is an intelligent business growth machine specifically designed for the independent tire and auto service dealer.

Getting customers into the automotive shop is only half of the battle, according to BOLT ON, keeping those customers happy and loyal is just as important. BOLT ON says its main focus has always been to help auto repair shops be more productive, professional and ultimately, profitable. The company’s new partnership with BAYiQ is the result of sharing the same philosophy of providing tire and automotive service providers the enhanced software tools to create transparency and growth within the shop.

“We aim to deliver our customers the best software, so it’s only natural that we partner with another industry leader to deliver the best results,” said Michael Risich, founder and CEO of BOLT ON TECHNOLOGY. “By partnering with a team that focuses on finding and retaining customers, our integration with BAYiQ’s loyalty program increases annual visitation rates and ARO, while decreasing defection to other service providers.”

BAYiQ’s loyalty platform will integrate with BOLT ON’s Report Pro, working with Mitchell 1, RO Writer 1.x & 2.x, and NAPA management systems. This loyalty program will not be available in unsupported management systems, or if a shop does not partner with BAYiQ. Once a customer is registered, the customer rewards icon allows the shop to automatically show reward status and apply discounts to the invoice.
