MIRAMAR, Fla. Steven Kruss, president of Auto 7 Inc., a supplier of Korean-made, OEM quality automotive parts to distributors across North America, announced that Madison, Wis.-based RockAuto was named the company’s 2014 Internet Retailer of the Year. The award was presented July 9 to RockAuto President Jim Taylor along with Product Manager Ben Sobczak and Supply Chain Manager David Williams.
“This is the first year we’ve presented this award, and I can’t think of anyone more deserving than RockAuto,” said Kruss. “Their year-over-year sales of Auto 7 parts increased an impressive 55 percent.”
Founded in 1999, RockAuto ships thousands of auto parts from more than 200 manufacturers to customers on every continent except Antarctica. RockAuto’s Jim Taylor said the company was honored to be recognized by Auto 7, a company that he says shares their focus on offering customers the best products, prices and service.
“In terms of the depth and breadth of coverage for Kia, Hyundai and Daewoo vehicles, there is no other aftermarket part provider that comes close to Auto 7,” said Taylor. “Their products fit perfectly with our goal of providing all the parts your car will ever need, and they’re constantly acting on our input to find new ways to enhance their already excellent service.”
Auto 7, located in Miramar, Fla., is part of an international company that has been in business for more than 60 years.
