ATEQ Announces New TPMS Technical Support Team Member

Jon Weir’s role as aftermarket technical support is responsible for helping customers with their TPMS tool questions by phone or email and repairing tools.

ATEQ TPMS Tools, a global provider of TPMS diagnostic tools and equipment, has announced the addition of a new technical support employee for the TPMS aftermarket division in the United States. Jon Weir’s role as aftermarket technical support is responsible for helping customers with their TPMS tool questions by phone or email and repairing tools.

jon-weir“I am enjoying helping customers learn about TPMS in this fast-paced environment alongside my knowledgeable tech support team,” said Weir.

Weir brings a wealth of knowledge and many years of experience in the automotive industry. In previous positions, he worked for Varsity Ford, Midas and Firestone. Weir  earned an associate’s degree in automotive technology from the University of Northwestern Ohio.

“We are excited to see what Jon can bring to the position. He has extensive experience in the automotive and tire industries,” said Desart Dinkollari, TPMS service manager. “With the company growing, we believe it is essential to add someone in this position who will be able to dedicate the time and effort required to be as successful as possible in technical support relations.”
