ZF Services North America Releases New Stabilus Gas-Charged Lift Support Catalog

With the new catalog release comes 193 new part numbers since the 2010 edition, among hundreds of other numbers carried forward for extended-year coverage.

VERNON HILLS, Ill. – ZF Services North America LLC, the strategic aftermarket business unit of ZF Friedrichshafen AG, has released a new gas-charged lift support catalog for the STABILUS brand.

ZF Services North America is the authorized aftermarket distributor for the STABILUS brand. As the world’s largest manufacturer of gas-charged lift supports, STABILUS is original equipment (OE) on 95 percent of passenger cars and light trucks sold in North America.

With the new catalog release comes 193 new part numbers since the 2010 edition, among hundreds of other numbers carried forward for extended-year coverage.

“The large addition of numbers since our last catalog only helps with our main goal of continuous improvement and coverage across all makes and models,” said Product Line Manager Kristy Lohre. “The planned addition of 110 new numbers in 2012 alone will meet upcoming automotive coverage needs extensively.”

Some key parts included in the new release of the catalog include the exclusive OE liftgate (SG202014) for the BMW X5, model years 2007-2012. Other high-moving parts include the liftgates for the 2007-2011 Acura RDX (SG226031) and the 2008-2011 Mazda Tribute, Ford Escape and Mercury Mariner (SG227013).
