ZF Names Two Execs to New Posts

ZF Lemforder, the car chassis technology division of ZF, announced that Reinhard Buhl, group executive, Car Chassis Technology and a member of the board of management of ZF, will assume the position of president of ZF Lemforder North America, in addition to his regular worldwide duties.

NORTHVILLE, MI — ZF Lemforder, the car chassis technology division of ZF, announced that Reinhard Buhl, group executive, Car Chassis Technology and a member of the board of management of ZF, will assume the position of president of ZF Lemforder North America, in addition to his regular worldwide duties.

Buhl joined ZF Lemforder in 1978 and became a member of the board of management during 2004. He is a resident of Dielingen, Germany.

The company also named Tom Gorman to the position of COO, ZF Lemforder North America. Gorman will also retain his title of vice president, components, within ZF Lemforder in North America. Gorman joined ZF in October 2000, as general manager of the chassis components business unit, after 17 years with Dana Corp.

Both positions are effective immediately.
