FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – WAIglobal has appointed Richard Clark as chief financial officer (CFO). Clark brings with him more than 25 years of financial experience including mergers, acquisitions and IPOs. In addition, he has extensive automotive aftermarket experience, including six years with Parts Depot Inc. as CFO. Prior to that, Clark spent four years with American Remanufacturers Inc., with both financial and operations responsibilities.

Richard has a unique blend of financial and operational expertise that will be a tremendous asset to our global business units, especially our increased presence in the starter and alternator aftermarket.”
