WAI’s Europe division is celebrating its 10th year in business in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) market, following a period of sustained growth and development as a Tier 1 and aftermarket supplier in the region.
WAI Europe says it is constantly developing its customer service and technical support to ensure customer requirements are always met. The company recently implemented a brand-new corporate identity to align its branding and packaging with the OE-quality equivalent parts it supplies.
This division operates out of a head office and warehouse facility in Bleiswijk, the Netherlands, to service the EMEA market along with an additional warehouse in Poland and technical center and distribution facility in the United Kingdom. WAI has been an automotive parts supplier since 1978 and has its global headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
WAI Europe also is developing and expanding its product offerings. In addition to ranges of starter motors and alternators plus components, the company now boasts extensive availability of engine management products, window lift regulators and wiper motors, all of which were launched in recent years.
Jürgen Stempa, president of the EMEA Division of WAI Europe, said, “Thanks to the owners of WAI who, 10 years ago, gave us the support to enter into the challenging EMEA market. In looking at today’s operation, we are grateful to our staff and customers who have continued to support WAI and its evolution as a business and brand. We are constantly evaluating the market and taking the necessary action to grow our product ranges and seek out new opportunities for our customers.”
WAI also promotes its products to an international audience around the EMEA at a number of exhibitions. Customers can visit the company’s stand at TTM in Poznań, Poland, March 31-April 3, Bauma in Munich April 11-17, Automechanika in Birmingham from June 7-9, Automechanika Dubai from May 8-10, Automechanika Frankfurt from Sept. 13-17 and METS Amsterdam from Nov. 15-17.
