Valvoline Elects Patrick Pacious to Its Board of Directors

Pacious will serve as a member of the board's compensation committee.

Valvoline Inc. announced the election of Patrick Pacious as an independent director to the company’s Board of Directors, effective July 11, 2023, as part of the Board’s ongoing refreshment process.

Pacious will serve as a member of the board’s compensation committee.

Since 2017, Pacious has served as president and chief executive officer of Choice Hotels International Inc., one of the largest and most successful lodging franchisors in the world, with more than 7,400 hotels, according to Valvoline. Before assuming this role, he was president and chief operating officer and served in various other senior leadership positions since joining Choice Hotels in 2005.
