University of the Aftermarket to Present ‘Advanced Selling Strategies for the Heavy Duty Aftermarket’ in March

Northwood University’s University of the Aftermarket will present “Advanced Selling Strategies for the Heavy Duty Aftermarket” March 6-8 at Northwood’s Cedar Hill, TX, campus. The seminar will be presented by two veteran aftermarket sales professionals, Robert Gracey MAAP, senior vice president, sales for Affinia Under Vehicle Group; and Mark Iasiello MAAP, heavy-duty national sales manager, Dayco LLC.

CEDAR HILL, TX — Northwood University’s University of the Aftermarket will present “Advanced Selling Strategies for the Heavy Duty Aftermarket” March 6-8 at Northwood’s Cedar Hill, TX, campus.

Sales professionals who attend the seminar can expect to learn about the following topics:

• Learn how to build on your current skills that are key to a successful career in sales;

• Develop a marketing plan that will take you from the preparation for making the sales call through to the follow-up communication you have with your customer or prospect;

• Overcome the “objections” and get the sale;

• Cultivate the strategies you need to increase your sales production;

• Learn the principles of Relationship and Consultative Selling ;

• Improve your written, oral and presentation communication skills;

• Select business and personal customers wisely then determine their needs.

The seminar will be presented by two veteran aftermarket sales professionals, Robert Gracey MAAP, senior vice president, sales for Affinia Under Vehicle Group; and Mark Iasiello MAAP, heavy-duty national sales manager, Dayco LLC.

Prior to joining Affinia in 2005, Gracey spent three years as national sales manager for Timken in the heavy-duty and automotive aftermarkets. He served in sales, sales management and training positions with Federal-Mogul, Delta College and Gage Marketing Services. Iasiello’s experience includes managing sales groups in varied styles of distribution including, traditional, retail, heavy-duty and specialty products.

For traveling convenience, this seminar will be begin on Monday, March 6, at 1 pm and will end March 8 at noon. A block of rooms is being held at the Ramada Limited in Cedar Hill, TX, at a cost of $69 plus tax per night.

Tuition is $525 if you register by February 10; $575 after February 10.
