Uni-Select Announces Notice Of Redemption For Its 5.9 Percent Extendible Convertible Unsecured Subordinated Debentures Due Jan. 31, 2016

BOUCHERVILLE, Quebec – Uni-Select has sent notices of redemption for all of its outstanding 5.9 percent extendible convertible unsecured subordinated debentures due on Jan. 31, 2016.

The entire aggregate principal amount of the $51.75 million of Debentures outstanding will be redeemed as of Feb. 1, 2015, (the “Redemption Date”), upon payment by Unit-Select of a redemption amount of $1,000 for each $1,000 principal amount of Debentures (the “Redemption Price”). All accrued and unpaid interest on the Debentures up to Jan. 31, 2015, inclusively, will be paid immediately prior to the Redemption Date.
