UCI Appoints New VP for Export Sales; Sales Manager for Canadian Market

United Components Inc. (UCI) has announced the appointment of two new executives. Rafaat (Raf) Kureshi will join UCI in the newly created position of vice president of export sales and marketing. UCI has also announced the appointment of Phil Kasper as Canadian sales manager.

EVANSVILLE, IN — United Components Inc. (UCI) has announced the appointment of two new executives. Rafaat (Raf) Kureshi will join UCI in the newly created position of vice president of export sales and marketing.

In his new role, Kureshi will be supporting the UCI business units, which include ASC Industries, Airtex LLC, Champ Laboratories and Wells Manufacturing. Kureshi has more than 20 years of experience in key export sales and marketing, joint venture and licensee management roles with several aftermarket companies including ArvinMeritor Inc, Mark IV Automotive and Purolator.

UCI has also announced the appointment of Phil Kasper as Canadian sales manager. Prior to joining UCI, Phil was National Accounts Manager for Affinia (Dana) Canada for 12 years. Additionally, Phil managed a district with CANOX, as well as supported customers while with Cummins. In this new position, Kasper, who resides in Ontario, will be representing the individual business units under the UCI banner.
