Tri-State Names Steve Spritzer EVP of IT

Spritzer brings 20 years of technology experience in the automotive aftermarket and consulting industries.

Family-operated automotive aftermarket distributor Tri-State Enterprises announced the appointment of Steve Spritzer as executive vice president of IT. Spritzer brings 20 years of technology experience in the automotive aftermarket and consulting industries.

Prior to joining Tri-State, Spritzer was an architect in the technology practice at West Monroe Partners, where he specialized in transaction services, according to Tri-State. Spritzer advised private equity clients on M&A transactions, performing buy-side and sell-side due diligence and executing carve-outs, integrations and other post-close activities.
