IMR Inc. recently expanded its Installer Survey to include more source and parts category information. IMR’s new data shows the level of satisfaction independent repair shops have with key attributes of their top suppliers.
This week, we look at data for shops that consider a Retailer to be their "first call." The number 1 is the attribute that shops say they are most satisfied with; the number 14 represents the attribute with which they are least satisfied. As the chart shows, trust is at the top of the list of qualities shops look for in a Retailer supplier. This is in line with data we looked at last week for shops that consider WD to be their first call.
