As discussed in the recent “eTailing” panel discussion at the AASA Vision Conference, both the research and purchase of auto parts via online retailers are growing among consumers and DIYers.
As seen in the chart below, steering and suspension parts make up the highest percentage of parts purchased from Internet parts retailers, followed by exhaust systems and computer and emission products.
