The Network To Merge Auto Pride And CMB Brands

As the result of the merger, The Network's Cora Roark has been promoted to director of Auto Pride, responsible for expanding the merged brand.

GERMANTOWN, Tenn. – Effective Jan. 1, 2014, the Automotive Distribution Network says it will merge its Auto Pride and CMB subsidiaries to grow the combined brand and develop greater marketing and product programs for its respective affiliates at every level of distribution.

Mike Lambert, president of the Network, stated, “This merger will enable our Network staff to create stronger, more unified programs, while providing improved support to our manufacturer partners. We will maintain a shareholder and non-shareholder status for our members, who will continue to operate under the Parts Plus, IAPA and Auto Pride brands.”

As the result of the merger, The Network’s Cora Roark has been promoted to director of Auto Pride, responsible for expanding the merged brand. “Cora had been responsible for the CMB Network division. Her success there makes us very confident in her ability to handle the new role,” said Lambert.

The new combined division will hold its annual membership meeting April 14 in Savannah, Ga.
