LAKE FOREST, IL — Tenneco has promoted Kenneth Trammell, senior vice president and CFO, to executive vice president and CFO. The promotion is effective immediately.
As CFO, Trammell is responsible for Tenneco’s finance strategy, financial planning and analysis, accounting, tax, treasury and investor relations. He is a member of the senior management team and reports directly to Chairman and CEO Mark Frissora.
Trammell has been serving as the company’s CFO since September 2003. Prior to joining Tenneco, Trammell was with Arthur Andersen LLP for 12 years, and was responsible for audits and consultation on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures for the firm’s corporate clients.
Trammell, 45, holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Houston and earned his CPA certificate in Texas.
