TBC Corp. Adds Two New Directors to its Board

PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL — TBC Corp., a leading marketer and retailer of automotive replacement tires in the U.S., has announced two new appointments to its board of directors following the company’s regularly scheduled meeting of the board.

The new directors are two long serving TBC executives: Ken Dick, president and CEO, TBC Wholesale Division and Private Brands Division, and Orland Wolford, CEO, TBC Company Owned Retail Stores Division.

Dick has been with TBC for 36 years and currently serves as president and CEO of TBC Wholesale Division and TBC Private Brand Division, which includes Treadways, Carroll Tire and TreadExpress. Dick resides in Memphis, TN, with his wife, Nancy.

Wolford joined TBC in 2000 and is the CEO of TBC company owned Retail Stores Division, which includes Tire Kingdom, Merchants and NTB Branded stores. Orland resides in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, with his wife, Tracey.
