All full and part-time Advance team members were paid for their scheduled hours during and after Hurricane Irma, even if a location was closed due to the storm or flooding.
First it was Hurricane Harvey, then Irma, then Maria. From Texas to Florida, the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico, the South took a beating in recent months due to one hurricane after another.
The Automotive Aftermarket Charitable Foundation has launched phase two of urgent response to aftermarket families affected by hurricanes Harvey, Irma, Jose and Maria, deadly wildfires and looming tropical storm Ophelia.
The company has now raised more than $400,000 to support internal hurricane relief efforts for the company’s team members in impacted areas.
For two weeks, employees donated to the campaign and BPI matched the donation to the American Red Cross.

The foundation has partnered with parent company Driven Brands’ retail automotive brands, including CARSTAR Auto Body Repair Experts, Maaco, Meineke Car Care Centers, Take 5 Oil Change and 1-800 Radiator & AC, to help raise funds.
Every effort has been made to ensure business operations will resume as quickly and efficiently as possible once the storm crisis has passed.
Due to Hurricane Irma, Multi Parts’ Jupiter, Florida, office will be temporarily closed, beginning Sept. 7, to attend to the safety of its employees and the security of its workplace.
