WAYNE, NJ — Street Glow Inc., which produces performance lighting products for the aftermarket, has announced the creation of Street Glow International, an affiliate of Street Glow, Inc.

In June of this year Street Glow announced that it had signed a letter of intent to sell a portion of ownership to a Chinese investment group called Street Glow (Hong Kong), Ltd. This group includes members from Street Glow’s long-time Chinese vendor which manufactures virtually all of the Street Glow brand of Auto-Neon and performance lighting products. This announcement marks the completion of that sale.

Headquartered in Hong Kong, Street Glow International’s warehouse and distribution center will service Global Sales, exclusive of the U.S. and Canada. In addition, StreetGlow International will provide service to factory direct customers worldwide.

“Street Glow International was developed to streamline inventory logistics, provide a quick order turnaround, reduce transit time, and deliver a more efficient process for our international customers,” said Jack Panzarella, CEO of Street Glow, Inc. “Prior to the development of Street Glow International, our international customers had their orders shipped from our U.S. warehouse and distribution centers. The financial benefits that will be passed on to the International customers are a cumulative result of decreased shipping costs and tax savings. The StreetGlow and OPTX by StreetGlow branded products will now be in a cost-competitive price line with other automotive and performance lighting products available on the international market.

“Structuring Street Glow International is a key component to eliminating transit delays and shipping costs on international orders, plus for the first time, international customers will be fully supported with their own dedicated customer service team and marketing program,” said Panzarella.

Heading up StreetGlow International will be Andrew Yiu, international sales manager. Yui’s primary focus will be on customer service and sales and marketing.

Yiu said the company has planned to be involved in many global auto aftermarket trade shows from now through 2006, beginning with the 2004 SEMA Show. “We are also implementing an aggressive international marketing program designed to support the international dealer and excite the international consumer,” he added.
