Solenium Group Names Chris Nierintz Director of Business Development

Nierintz has worked in the automotive aftermarket for more than 25 years. He learned the aftermarket from the ground up, starting behind the counter at a jobber store in 1984 before climbing the ranks to occupy a number of prominent positions in several large aftermarket companies.

TORONTO – Solenium Group, a content management and product imaging solutions provider for the automotive aftermarket, has announced that aftermarket veteran Chris Nierintz has joined the company as director of business development.

Nierintz has worked in the automotive aftermarket for more than 25 years. He learned the aftermarket from the ground up, starting behind the counter at a jobber store in 1984 before climbing the ranks to occupy a number of prominent positions in several large aftermarket companies.

He is a former director of fulfillment for Pep Boys, and also served as director of product data services at Dorman Products. An active member of the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association (AAIA), Nierintz also served as president of the National Catalog Manufacturers Association (NCMA) and was on the board of the association for 10 years.

Nierintz joins Solenium Group at a busy time, according to the company. Solenium Group recently launched Visual SKUs, a suite of high-volume, high-quality product imaging solutions, and the company also is preparing to launch version 7.0 of Talking Pictures, its content management system for the aftermarket.

Claudio DiSano, president of Solenium Group, commented: “Chris couldn’t be joining us at a more exciting time. With the launches of Talking Pictures 7.0 and Visual SKUs, it’s great to have such a deeply knowledgeable, experienced industry expert serving as our director of business development.”
