Bar’s Products Buys The Shaler Co.
Bar’s Products announced this week it has purchased The Shaler Co. and its Rislone brand of automotive chemicals. The acquisition became effective earlier this month. Rislone’s flagship product is the Rislone Engine Treatment. Other Rislone products include Rislone Ring Seal and Rislone 2-Cycle Engine Oil.

“Hy-Per Lube is a strategic fit for Bar’s Products because of the brand’s reputation within the automotive industry, particularly among commercial technicians and the automotive trade market,” Bar’s Products said.
