This fall, Reynolds will invest in tools, Automotive Service Excellence (A.S.E.) certifications and programing for students part of the the Sinclair Community College Automotive Technology Department. Administered through the Sinclair Foundation, the Reynolds and Reynolds Automotive Technology Scholarship is designed to support up to 50 Sinclair Community College students annually.
“Sinclair Community College is grateful to Reynolds and Reynolds for its commitment to strengthening our efforts to meet the growing demand for skilled professionals in the automotive industry and contribute to a highly trained and capable workforce,” said Dr. Steven Johnson, President of Sinclair Community College.
At Northwood University, students will be chosen for scholarships by the University Scholarship Committee to receive Reynolds & Reynolds’ donations annually. The scholarship will be used for tuition, room and board, experiential learning opportunities and to cover the cost of books and other required materials.
“Reynolds & Reynolds’ visionary support is a direct investment in helping Northwood students gain the necessary education to meet the automotive industry’s rapidly evolving needs,” said Dr. Kristin Stehouwer, provost and academic vice president for Northwood University. “Together, we are forging a path toward innovation, education, and excellence, ensuring that the next generation of leaders in this field are well-equipped to drive positive change.”
Students enrolled in any of the following areas of focus at Northwood and who opt into the Private Scholarship Donor Program, will be eligible to be chosen as a recipient:
