Regional Sales Manager

Gates Corporation, a leading manufacturer of aftermarket products is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the development and execution of a successful sales cycle across a region, selling the core line of Gates products and services.  Proactively execute strategies to build a productive sales team using a wide variety of consultative sales techniques.  This region includes states of North and South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Western Pennsylvania, Western New York, Ohio, Indiana and Northern Kentucky.  The successful candidate will have demonstrated ability in the following areas:

· Lead a group of 15 Territory Sales Managers by creating, promoting and sustaining a high performance culture to increase sales;
· Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accomplish corporate goals;
· Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gain their trust and respect; and
· Ability to incorporate analytics to drive growth and development strategies for new and existing accounts.

Experience:
· A Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college
· 5 years + of aftermarket experience desired
