ReadyStruts Help Take The Bumps Out Of Suspension Jobs

ACDelco pre-assembled Professional ReadyStruts save time and labor by including the strut, spring, strut cushion and upper strut mount in a single unit, according to the company.

GRAND BLANC, Mich. – ACDelco says it is providing consumers with a smoother, safer ride and technicians with a smoother strut installation process. ACDelco pre-assembled Professional ReadyStruts save time and labor by including the strut, spring, strut cushion and upper strut mount in a single unit, according to the company.

ACDelco Professional ReadyStruts – covered by a limited lifetime warranty – also reduce installation time by up to 30 percent and require no special installation tools. Thirty-seven SKUs cover the most popular GM applications.

Other features and benefits of ACDelco Professional ReadyStruts include:
• Powder-coated strut, springs and mount for corrosion resistance and longer life;
• Seamless pressure tubes for strength and durability;
• Powdered metal pistons provide precision tolerances for crisp blow-off valving;
• OE service-style single lip seals for better rod reaction and reduced friction;
• High-pressure oil provides consistent damping force throughout operation temperature range.

Using ACDelco Professional ReadyStruts eliminates the need to assemble individual components, for safety and quality assurance. They also provide the automatic replacement of other worn strut assembly components that could otherwise be overlooked, ACDelco says.

Eligible members of the ACDelco Professional Service Center program who install ACDelco Professional ReadyStruts may offer additional consumer assurance such as labor coverage and roadside assistance.
