David McCartney Named President of CARQUEST U.S.

McCartney has served as executive vice president, chief information officer since February 2011. Prior to that time, he served as senior vice president, supply chain and logistics. Other positions held include divisional vice president – Central Region, divisional vice president – Western Region and senior vice president of DC operations.

CARQUEST Announces U.S. Leadership Changes

CARQUEST U.S. President Mike Broderick has decided to leave the company. As previously reported, Broderick has joined Federal-Mogul Corp. as the company’s global aftermarket CEO. In the interim, O. Temple Sloan III will assume responsibility for the CARQUEST U.S. business, and David McCartney, executive vice president and chief information officer (CIO) for GPI Technologies will lead Information Technology and Supply Chain operations.
