ArvinMeritor Appoints Jeffrey Craig Controller
ArvinMeritor has named Jeffrey (Jay) Craig vice president and a controller of the company, effective May 1. Craig comes to ArvinMeritor from General Motors Acceptance Corp. (GMAC), where he served as president and CEO of GMAC’s Commercial Finance organization from 2001 to 2006. He previously served as president and CEO of GMAC’s Business Credit division from 1999 until 2001. He joined GMAC as general auditor in 1997 from Deloitte & Touche, where he served as an audit partner for 15 years.

Delphi Corp.’s audit committee of the board of directors selected Ernst & Young LLP as the company’s independent auditors for 2006, effective Jan. 1, 2006.
Motorcar Parts of America Appoints Mervyn McCulloch as New CFO
Motorcar Parts of America, Inc.(MPA), has appointed Mervyn McCulloch as its new CFO. McCulloch is taking the office over from Chuck Yeagley who served as MPA’s CFO since June 2000.
O2Diesel Corporation Appoints David Shipman as CFO
Fuel developer O2Diesel Corporation has announced that David Shipman will joint the company as its CFO on a full-time basis. Shipman, a CPA, has a M.B.A., finance from the Wharton School, a B.A. in English from Trinity College and a M.S.in Communications and Psychology from Boston University.

Automotive industry software provider Auto Data Network announced the Aftersoft management team. Aftersoft is a wholly owned subsidiary of Auto Data Network Inc., which recently signed an acquisition agreement to vend Aftersoft into W3 Group Inc., a supplier of ERP Supply Chain management solutions to parts manufacturers, distributors and retailers.
Advance Auto Parts Reports Record First Quarter Results, Announces Board Elections
Advance Auto Parts has announced record revenue and earnings for the first quarter of 2005, which ended on April 23. Earnings per diluted share for the first quarter were 94 cents, a 38 percent increase compared to earnings per diluted share of 68 cents for the first quarter last year.
Federal-Mogul Promotes Three Executives
Federal-Mogul yesterday announced promotions for three of its executives. Peter Becker has been appointed vice president, customer satisfaction, and was also appointed to the strategy board for Federal-Mogul Corp. In this new role, Becker assumes responsibility for quality and global customer satisfaction for Federal-Mogul. He previously served as vice president, corporate quality. Becker joined the company in May 2001.
Visteon Names Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer
Visteon Corp. has appointed William Quigley III to the posts of vice president, corporate controller and chief accounting officer. As an elected corporate officer, Quigley will report to Jim Palmer, executive vice president and CFO.
