Auto Data Network Announces Appointment of Aftersoft Management Team

Automotive industry software provider Auto Data Network announced the Aftersoft management team. Aftersoft is a wholly owned subsidiary of Auto Data Network Inc., which recently signed an acquisition agreement to vend Aftersoft into W3 Group Inc., a supplier of ERP Supply Chain management solutions to parts manufacturers, distributors and retailers.

TUNBRIDGE WELLS, UK — Automotive industry software provider Auto Data Network announced the Aftersoft management team. Aftersoft is a wholly owned subsidiary of Auto Data Network Inc., which recently signed an acquisition agreement to vend Aftersoft into W3 Group Inc., a supplier of ERP Supply Chain management solutions to parts manufacturers, distributors and retailers. The senior management team of the Aftersoft Group will consist of:

  • Chief Executive Officer: Paul van den Berg. He is currently president and CEO of Aftersoft’s wholly owned subsidiary CarParts Technologies Inc., where he has been instrumental in recent revenues and profit growth.
  • Chief Operating Officer and President: Michael Jamieson. Jamieson is CEO of Aftersoft’s wholly owned subsidiary MAM Software Limited. MAM Software is based in the UK and is Europe’s leading provider of aftermarket software and services. Mike’s father, Murdo Jamieson, founded MAM in 1984. Mike has been working in the business since 1991. He has been responsible for a substantial increase in sales and profit since becoming CEO of MAM at the beginning of last year.
  • Chief Financial Officer: Michael O’Driscoll. O’Driscoll has been CFO of multiple private and public companies for more than 16 years and previously served in a senior position at Deloitte.

Aftersoft Group’s independent auditors are Corbin & Co. (Irvine, CA), which are also CarParts Technologies’ independent auditors.
