RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. Paccar Inc. Vice Chairman Thomas Plimpton will be a featured speaker at Heavy Duty Dialogue ’09 (HDD’09). A 30 year veteran of the industry, Plimpton brings an extensive background to the Heavy Duty Dialogue audience, including assignments in three Paccar divisions in the U.K. and the U.S.
Plimpton’s address will feature Paccar’s view of the future of the commercial vehicle industry from a global manufacturer’s perspective. As leader of a highly respected and innovative truck OEM, Plimpton has a unique perspective on the industry and will provide an interesting insight for the annual conference, according to conference organizers.
