OnStation Selected for Two New Aftermarket Partnerships

OnStation Corp., a leading provider of online customer retention and satisfaction solutions for the automotive services industry, has been selected to partner with two major aftermarket associations. The Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance (Alliance) has entered into a new agreement that recommends OnStation ShopConnect as the preferred online customer relationship management (CRM) solution for the Alliance's certified service centers. The Automotive Service Association (ASA) has also announced an agreement with OnStation Corp. providing special discounts for members who use the Internet-based OnStation ShopConnect service.

SAN MATEO, CA — OnStation Corp., a leading provider of online customer retention and satisfaction solutions for the automotive services industry, has been selected to partner with two major aftermarket associations.

The Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance (Alliance) has entered into a new agreement that recommends OnStation ShopConnect as the preferred online customer relationship management (CRM) solution for the Alliance’s certified service centers. Alliance is recommending that its 2,000-plus service centers across North America use OnStation ShopConnect to alert customers about preventative maintenance, improve customer service levels and increase sales and revenues. Additionally, Alliance’s Warehouse Distributors can make OnStation ShopConnect available to its parts and service customers.

The Automotive Service Association (ASA) has also announced an agreement with OnStation Corp. providing special discounts for members who use the Internet-based OnStation ShopConnect service.

OnStation ShopConnect sends service reminders, targeted promotions and “Thank You” notes to a service center’s customers via e-mail or postcards. Customers can even schedule appointments and reply to timely customer service surveys online.
