MIDLAND, Mich. Northwood University will honor eight automotive aftermarket leaders with its annual Automotive Aftermarket Management Education Award at 11:45 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 1, at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas. The awards will be presented during a luncheon at the annual Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo Show (AAPEX).
Those being honored are: John Bartlett, CEO, Auto Parts Headquarters, Inc., Saint Cloud, Minn.; Gordon Botts, president, Botts Co. LLC, Woodstock, Ill.; Jack Cameron, vice president programs & member services, Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association, Research Triangle Park, N.C.; Richard Guirlinger, aftermarket consultant, General Parts International Inc., Raleigh, N.C.; Gregory Henslee, CEO, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Springfield, Mo.; Susan Kalish, senior director education, Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association, Bethesda, Md.; Katie Noga, manager, marketing communications and motorsports, SKF USA, Elgin, Ill.; and Jeffrey Stankard, vice president and publisher, Babcox Media Inc., Akron, Ohio.
The Northwood Automotive Aftermarket Management Education Award is given to individuals in the Automotive Aftermarket field who have made noteworthy contributions to education, on any level, inside or outside of the industry. They are people of stature and the award is recognition of substantial dedication over a number of years to the educational process and the automotive aftermarket industry.
