Niterra North America, Inc.’s Manager of Technical Training & Development, Philip Austin, has been selected to speak at this year’s AAPEX show. The event organizers’ judging panel chooses speakers from a large pool of applicants, selecting only the most influential and sought-after professionals in the automotive aftermarket, Niterra North America said.
Austin will address “Mastering the 3 C’s of Communication.” The training seminar, set for Wednesday, Nov. 1, at 9:30 a.m., is designed for service professionals interested in improving their communication skills between the technician and customer. The seminar will cover mastering the science behind the “Condition, Cause, and Correction” method and provide attendees with valuable insights on improving their shop’s authorization count, Niterra said.
“I’m excited for this opportunity to challenge, inspire, and encourage service professionals through education on improving communication and productivity,” said Austin.
Austin is a highly experienced and diverse automotive professional/educator, Niterra said. He has received executive coaching and executive leadership certifications, and has completed the Leadership 2.0 program at Northwood University.
