New Airtex Vehicle Electronics Website Offers Expanded Technical Content

AirtexVE.com features new interactive tools to help technicians and DIYers diagnose and repair virtually any popular application, the company says.

FOND DU LAC, Wis. – Airtex Vehicle Electronics has introduced a new website – www.airtexVE.com – which the company says offers extensive new technical content and user-friendly interactive features designed to help customers diagnose and fix driveability issues and other problems on virtually any popular domestic or foreign nameplate application.

Launch of the new website follows the company’s introduction last fall of the Airtex Vehicle Electronics brand to reflect its aggressive expansion into new product categories and significant investment in additional OE- and "better-than-OE technologies," the company says. The Airtex Vehicle Electronics product line now includes more than 38,000 engine management, ignition, emissions, fuel system and other solutions covering nearly any vehicle make and model.

The new www.airtexVE.com site features the company’s continually updated electronic catalog as well as an extensive new “Tech Tools” library of diagnostic and repair resources.  These include a comprehensive powertrain and ABS trouble code lookup tool, which, in addition to the code definition, provides leading causes for these codes by application. Also available through the site are nearly two dozen in-depth on-car diagnostic and repair videos, vehicle system overview videos for parts professionals and their customers, the company’s CounterPoint newsletter, pin-out diagrams, component and system illustrations and specifications and more.

The site also details the features and benefits of leading Airtex components, including the brand’s signature "better-than-OE" engine management solutions for applications susceptible to driveability issues.

“Our new website will become a regular destination for the thousands of technicians, parts professionals and do-it-yourselfers who rely on Airtex solutions each day,” said Bill Nonnamaker, the company’s vice president of sales and marketing. “The wealth of technical content found here is unmatched within our product categories. This ultimately leads to increased customer satisfaction and loyalty for businesses that sell and install our products.”
