A leading tire company is seeking a National U.S. Commercial TBR Sales Manager to work out of its California office. This position reports directly to the National V.P. of Sales and oversees and manages the entire sales process for TBR products. This individual will be responsible for managing and developing sales plans and programs for the continental U.S. distribution of TBR tires, assisting the Marketing Department in the development and implementation of programs throughout the U.S., as well as participating in the product planning process.
Successful candidate must have Bachelor’s degree and a minimum 7-10 years sales experience with a major tire manufacturer in the commercial TBR tire industry. Must have proven management and leadership skills, strategic thinking, relationship development and customer service skills. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with all corporate levels. Must also be willing and able to travel 60%-70%.
