A leading tire company is seeking a National U.S. Commercial Sales Manager to work out its California office. This position reports directly to the National V.P. of Sales and oversees and manages the entire sales process for commercial tires, including TBR and OTR products. This individual will be responsible for managing and directing the field sales force and developing sales plans and programs for the entire continental U.S. distribution of TBR and OTR tires, assisting the Marketing Department in the development and implementation of all marketing and sales programs throughout the U.S., as well as participating in the product planning process.

Successful candidate must have Bachelor’s degree and a minimum 10-15 years sales experience with a major tire manufacturer in the commercial tire industry. Must have proven management and leadership skills, strategic thinking, relationship development and customer service skills. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with all corporate levels. Must also be willing and able to travel 60-70 percent.
