Monroe Brakes Brand Now Offers Quality Choices For More Customers

New Monroe ProSolution brake pads complement the Monroe Ceramics and Monroe Dynamics Ultra-Premium lines, according to the company.

LAS VEGAS – Tenneco’s Monroe Brakes brand now offers a portfolio of advanced braking solutions tailored to the needs of significantly more consumers. New Monroe ProSolution brake pads – positioned as a premium technology available at a mid-range price – complement the company’s Total Solution offering of Monroe Ceramics and Monroe Dynamics ultra-premium pads in a program designed to help distributors, jobbers and service providers increase their shares of the brake repair market.

According to Tenneco, Monroe ProSolution pads feature premium-grade friction formulations and pad designs, yet are priced to help shops attract and retain budget-minded customers. A vast majority of ProSolution pad sets come complete with noise reducing pad installation hardware.

Ultra-premium Monroe Ceramics ceramic-formula and Monroe Dynamics semi-metallic brake pads feature the latest original equipment-style friction formulations and are packaged complete with hardware, rubberized shims, wire wear sensors, sensory locking plates and installation lube for most applications. This “Total Solution” approach saves technicians and shop owners valuable time that would otherwise be spent searching for related parts needed to complete the job, Tenneco says.

Tenneco also offers a full line of premium Monroe shoes for drum and parking brake applications.

“The new ProSolution line is already helping our customers grow their brake businesses by providing exceptional value to vehicle owners who have a limited repair budget,” said Tom Connelly, Monroe Brakes channel manager, Tenneco. “The ability to offer a premium solution at a mid-range price is a significant advantage in today’s market.”
