RACINE, WI — Modine has promoted Margaret “Peggy” Kelsey to the position of corporate treasurer and assistant secretary. Kelsey, currently an officer in the company, as senior counsel and assistant secretary, will take over the new duties on January 1, 2006, reporting to Brad Richardson, vice president, finance and CFO.

In her new role, Kelsey will be responsible for setting the worldwide policy for cash management, debt management and risk management.

Kelsey joined Modine in April 2001 as senior counsel and was promoted to an officer the next year. Prior to Modine, she was a partner in the Milwaukee office of the law firm of Quarles & Brady, LLP.
