MIAMI, FL MaxiForce, a provider of replacement diesel engine parts, recently hired industry veteran Bill Kumle to serve as director of product development and quality control. Kumle brings more than 20 years of experience in the parts and engine rebuilding industry to the job.

Most recently, Kumle served as operations manager for Engquist Tractor, where his responsibilities included product research, purchasing, warranty and human resources. He worked at Engquist for more than 14 years, and gained a keen understanding of the agricultural and construction parts business. Previously, Kumle held managerial positions with Case Power and Equipment, as well as International Harvester Co.
Kumle recently went back to school and graduated from McPherson College with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management. He also holds a degree from Eastern Arizona College with an Associate of Applied Science in Diesel Engines. Kumle has been on farms since his upbringing, where he grew up and worked a cattle ranch in central Kansas and acquired a taste for the industry.
