MaxiForce Names Industry Veteran Bill Kumle Director of Product Development

MIAMI, FL – MaxiForce, a provider of replacement diesel engine parts, recently hired industry veteran Bill Kumle to serve as director of product development and quality control. Kumle brings more than 20 years of experience in the parts and engine rebuilding industry to the job.

“In our industry, experience is everything and our clients demand that we understand their needs, in order to deliver the best service possible,” said Santiago Morales, CEO of MaxiForce. “For this reason, we’re thrilled to have Bill on board, and I’m sure our clients will be as well.”

Most recently, Kumle served as operations manager for Engquist Tractor, where his responsibilities included product research, purchasing, warranty and human resources. He worked at Engquist for more than 14 years, and gained a keen understanding of the agricultural and construction parts business. Previously, Kumle held managerial positions with Case Power and Equipment, as well as International Harvester Co.

Kumle recently went back to school and graduated from McPherson College with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management. He also holds a degree from Eastern Arizona College with an Associate of Applied Science in Diesel Engines. Kumle has been on farms since his upbringing, where he grew up and worked a cattle ranch in central Kansas and acquired a taste for the industry.

“I’m thrilled to be joining MaxiForce, a company that is entrepreneurial in spirit, yet dedicates itself to unmatched reliability, efficiency and client service,” said Kumle.

MaxiForce recently expanded its operations to the west coast with the opening of a new warehouse, which will enable service to the entire United States in three days or less.
