MAM Expands Sales and Professional Services Staff

MAM Software appoints new staff to meet growing demand and strengthen customer service.

ALLENTOWN, Pa. – MAM Software Inc. has announced the expansion of its Sales and Professional Services departments with the addition of experienced aftermarket professionals John Nehez and Rick Woolsey.
 
In his new role as National Account Manager, Nehez will be tasked with developing strong long-term relationships with key national accounts. He will be responsible for developing new sales opportunities and promoting MAM’s Autopart management software as the solution of choice to program groups and their members.
 
Nehez has extensive experience in software account management, from prospecting through product representation, closing and maintenance. Prior to joining MAM, he served as key new account executive at Epicor, major account representative at Ceridian Corp. and technical sales representative at Telecomp Computer Systems.
 
Woolsey has joined MAM’s Professional Services team and will provide implementation and support to the growing number of Autopart users. He will help deliver tailored configuration and comprehensive tuition to ensure that customers maximize productivity and take full advantage of their new software.
 
Woolsey has many years of experience implementing computer systems in the automotive aftermarket. Working at companies including Loadstar, Triad, Arkona and Epicor, Woolsey has gained extensive knowledge of installing, implementing and supporting business management software. During his time with Epicor, he received awards for customer service, field service and Top Representative for Computer Implementations.
