DEARBORN, Mich. Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD) has appointed Lori Dunn to the position of national Motorcraft marketing manager. In this new role, Dunn will be responsible for overseeing every aspect of the development, execution and activation of all marketing programs for the Motorcraft brand.
Previously, Dunn was the general marketing manager for Ford Export Operations and Global Growth. She conducted the marketing, advertising and launch of Ford and Lincoln products in the Middle East, Sub-Sahara Africa, Asia-Pacific, the Caribbean and Central America.
Other prior experience includes varied responsibilities within FCSD. As light repair group marketing manager, she was responsible for the retail and wholesale marketing and sales of Ford and Motorcraft products. She has also held various field positions within FCSD and the Lincoln Mercury Sales Division.
While managing the mechanical team in the Aftermarket Engineering and Remanufacturing Operations at Ford, Dunn oversaw the development of competitively priced Motorcraft products, which provided profitable growth for Ford and Lincoln Mercury dealerships and Ford Authorized Distributors.
Dunn joined Ford as a graduate of Wayne State University in Detroit, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Summa Cum Laude, and an MBA. She is also a guest professor at Wayne State University for its automotive marketing business course.
