GOTHENBURG, Sweden Lars Wilsby, currently business development director, Automotive Division, has been appointed vice president, SKF Vehicle Service Market (VSM) as of April 1. Wilsby will continue to be based in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Wilsby has headed up business development for SKF’s Automotive Division and has an extensive background with a global leading business consultancy.

A provider of wheel bearing kits and hub units, SKF VSM over the last 15 years has introduced a broad range of new products, including AquaMax water pumps, Scotseal PlusXL and timing belt kits.
Rutger Barrdahl, currently Vice President, SKF VSM, has been appointed president of SKF’s rapidly growing Railway operations. He leaves the SKF VSM business unit after 10 years as the vice president and 15 years in the international aftermarket.
