Kyle Byrne Named Arnold Group’s 2015 Store Manager Of The Year

This award was created to recognize the individual who best exemplifies outstanding leadership in the pursuit of performance excellence, and who has done the most to improve store performance in the Arnold Group of Companies.

The Top 5 Awards recognize the top producers company-wide in both sales and the percentage increase of sales.

Kyle Byrne, manager of the Arnold Motor Supply automotive parts store in Grinnell, Iowa, received the Store Manager of the Year Award. This award was created to recognize the individual who best exemplifies outstanding leadership in the pursuit of performance excellence, and who has done the most to improve store performance in the Arnold Group of Companies. The recipient of this award is dedicated to principled-centered leadership and committed to the core values exemplified by E.P. Arnold.

As one of the company’s younger managers, Byrne has immersed himself in the industry. He has become a member of the Auto Care Association’s Young Auto Care Network Group (YANG); attained his ASE Parts Specialist certification, and he proves year-after-year that he is a leader in his business community and his company, according to Arnold Group. Byrne has developed manager-training programs, and is the go-to guy for new manager development. Not only does he help others learn, but he also continues to improve himself by seeking his AAP certification. In addition, the Arnold Group noted that Byrne’s store reached a 12 for 12 sales goal in 2015.
