KYB Names Gail McHugh Customer Services Manager

KYB America LLC has named Gail McHugh as the company's new customer services manager. Prior to assuming her position at KYB, McHugh served as vehicle service market customer service manager for Chicago Rawhide/SKF in Elgin, Ill. McHugh began her aftermarket career in 1985, holding a variety of positions for BWD Automotive/Dana until joining Chicago Rawhide in 2004.

ADDISON, IL — KYB America LLC has named Gail McHugh as the company’s new customer services manager.

Prior to assuming her position at KYB, McHugh served as vehicle service market customer service manager for Chicago Rawhide/SKF in Elgin, Ill. McHugh began her aftermarket career in 1985, holding a variety of positions for BWD Automotive/Dana until joining Chicago Rawhide in 2004.

At BWD/Dana, McHugh started as customer service manager, a position she held for 10 years. She also was an account executive for three years and served as sales operations manager for five years.
