Kumho Names New National Sales VP

Kumho Tire U.S.A. has hired John Hagan as its new national sales vice president. Additionally, the tiremaker has recently brought on two new regional vice presidents of sales – Kirk Papazian and Stephan Clave.
 
“In the one year I have been with Kumho Tire U.S.A., we have experienced a lot of change. Even with these challenges considered, I believe these changes will bring about opportunity for immense growth in the coming year. With an already strong, existing team, I know Hagan, Papazian and Clave will lead us into many years of long-term growth, success and prosperity,” said Harry Choi, president and CEO of Kumho Tire North
America.
 
Hagan, who has more than 20 years experience in the industry, most recently worked at Toyo Tires where he was responsible for sales passenger, light truck and commercial tires. Hagan has a proven history of leadership in profitable business, industry knowledge, innovative sales and marketing programs, and new market development, the tiremaker said.
 
Papazian, who joined Kumho is September, will serve as the tiremaker’s vice president of sales for the Western division. He previously worked as sales director for American Tire Distributors.
 
Clave joined Kumho in November as the vice president of sales for the Eastern division. Clave has more than 15 years in the tire industry. Most recently he worked at American Tire Distributors and before that he spent 12 years with Pirelli.
