K&K Parts Co. Sold To Arnold Group, Becomes An Auto Value Auto Parts Store

The store carries a full line of automotive repair parts for the professional service provider and the DIYer. The company also provides full-line machine shop services.

Auto Value Parts Stores - LogoK&K Parts Co., an independent auto parts store serving the greater Kearney, Nebraska, area, has been sold to the Arnold Group of Companies out of Spencer, Iowa. Arnold Group flies under the Auto Value Parts Store banner.

“We are very excited to have the great team that Terry Kiess built be part of our team of automotive experts,” said Dennis Spooner, managing partner of the Arnold Group of Companies

Started in 1977 by Don and Terry Keiss, K&K Parts Co. will become an Auto Value parts store. The current staff will continue in their capacity of providing exceptional customer service and quality automotive parts. Jeff Weber from Hastings, Nebraska, will join them as store manager.

“Auto Value’s programs will dovetail nicely into the programs that serve our existing customer base while helping us to attract new business,” said Weber, the store’s new manager. “We’re excited to be here.”

The newly branded Auto Value Parts Store opens its doors for business on June 8, and is located at 1204 Central Ave. in Kearney. The store carries a full line of automotive repair parts for the professional service provider and the DIYer. The company also provides full-line machine shop services.
