CHANTILLY, Va. Chris Wheeler, senior vice president of Texas Capital Bank, will speak on the “Current State of the Economy” Oct. 31 at the Opening Session of the International BIG R Show in Las Vegas.
The Automotive Parts Remanufacturers Association (APRA) President Bill Gager stated, “Remanufacturers and their suppliers are nervous about the current state of the economy and how to manage cash and get the necessary credit to keep operating in these challenging times.”
Wheeler’s presentation has been arranged by Owner Resource Group (ORG). ORG is one of the official sponsors of the BIG R Show and APRA’s authorized financial services provider.
Will Burnett, a principal in Owner Resource Group, noted, “Wheeler’s timely discussion of the economy and its impact on bank lending to privately owned businesses will be useful for every manager and every business owner. It’s important to understand this challenging environment from a banker’s point of view in order to take smart actions in the best interests of your business.”
Wheeler has been in banking for 23 years. He graduated from Sam Houston University in Huntsville, Texas, and also served in the United States Marine Corps. He is active in the Association for Corporate Growth and the Dell Children’s Hospital Council.
