Uni-Select USA has an excellent employment opportunity for an Operations Manager in our Moorestown Distribution Center located in Moorestown, NJ.

The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring that company objectives are met through evaluation and implementation of warehouse operational policies and procedures while setting a benchmark of Operations and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

• Ensure total customer satisfaction at the warehouse by training, motivating, and leading by example all warehouse personnel
• Coach, manage, evaluate and develop team members in order to achieve the company’s strategic objectives
• Achieving productivity and efficiency standards while ensuring warehouse profitability
• Maintain a high level of performance for warehouse operations through productivity, quality customer service, fill rate, profitability, and inventory turns
• Participate in facility inspection, employee interaction, security practices, monitoring daily and monthly reports and completion of required reports
• Support new warehouse computer system conversions and ongoing system and software upgrades
• Communicate and report monthly initiatives, programs, and successes, as well as measure, track and report on compliance, exceptions, and feedback quarterly
• Direct, manage, test, and organize project plan priorities and work with other functional groups to insure completion and implementation of project tasks within budget constraints

The Successful candidates will:

• Posses a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Associate Degree is required, Bachelors or Advanced Degrees preferred
• Excellent management skills
• Customer driven, strong business sense
• Ability to communicate at every level of the organization
• Demonstrated organizational and comprehension skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must demonstrate consistency, accuracy and follow through
